Using Listings

Click on the Listings Button to open up the tool:

Click on the toggle to display Listings on the map:

The map will populate with all lead and listing types
Filter Listings based on your search criteria criteria:

View Listing Details

View Listing Details from the map:

1. Zoom in to an area to select a lead from the map
2. Hover over the marker icon to see quick details about the Lead or Listing
3. Click on the map marker to view more details + Landowner contact info

View Listing Details from table view:

- As you zoom in on the map, your "Leads" table view will populate with the PowerLeads in view on the map
  - Sort results ascending to descending by clicking on the column names
- Click on a listing from the table to view more details + Landowner contact info on the details page

View key details + landowner contact info for every lead & listing

The parcel will be highlighted in yellow fill with a border on the map for quick map view

View "Ask Price" for each listing
Click on "Contact Seller" to reveal seller contact information including Name, Phone, and Email
View "Overview" and "Downloads" for each listing
- Overview: Includes any additional details submitted by the seller
- Downloads: Includes a SHP and KML file of the listing parcel boundaries
Navigate through different resource map layers to explore the unique characteristics of the listing displayed on the map
