Portfolios allow you to store and manage searches for parcels that fit specific criteria. These portfolios are stored in the Parcel Data tool.
Click on Parcel Search and apply relevant filters (you do not need to apply a filter to each option to perform a parcel search
After searching for parcels, you can add them to an existing portfolio or create a new portfolio
You can perform an unlimited number of parcel searches with your LandGate® subscription, and create an unlimited number of portfolios.
With the Parcel Data tool opened, you can either click 'Create Portfolio' or 'Search Parcels.'
Create Portfolio: Zoom in and out on the map to find parcels. Click on them to add them to the portfolio. Click on them again to remove them from the portfolio.
Search Parcels: Search for parcels in bulk matching specific criteria in the Parcel Search tool.
Click the gear icon next to the portfolio name.
Portfolio Description: Add a description that all users who you share the portfolio with can view.
Fill & Border Color: Adjust coloring of parcels within the portfolio as they appear on the map.
To Users: Add LandGate user email addresses to share
Read: No editing permissions
Write: With editing permissions
Contributor: Can view parcels + parcel details, edit CRM stages & custom column values, can't add/remove parcels from the portfolio
Notes: Add custom notes to the portfolio
Portfolio Folders allow you to create a custom folder structure tailored to your business workflow, enhancing the organization, management, and accessibility of your portfolios. This feature streamlines your processes, making it easier to categorize, manage, and quickly access portfolios based on your specific needs.
Follow the steps below to create folders and organize your portfolios within them.
Click Create New Folder at the bottom of your table.
You will then see your new folder appear at the top of your table, you can rename this folder by double-clicking on the folder name.
3. To add portfolios to your folder click on the icon to drag and drop your portfolio into your intended folder.
Click on the arrow next to the folder name to expand the folder contents and access your portfolios saved in the folder.
