CRM Pipelines are custom stages that you can use to track parcels within portfolios in the Parcel Data tool.

Create custom stages within a Pipeline to easily track and identify a parcel's status
Navigate to the CRM Pipelines tool located to the right of the parcel data table
2. Click on Create New Pipeline
3. Name your pipeline in the Pipeline Name field.
Ex; 'Land Acquisition Status'
3. Add one or multiple stages to the pipeline by selecting the + icon next to the Add Stage field
Name your pipeline stage and adjust the border and/or fill colors for the portfolio by selecting on the color boxes next to each stage (optional). Adjusting the border and parcel fill colors is an easy way to differentiate between parcels within different stages on the map view of the portfolio.
To remove a stage, click on the trash icon next to that stage and then select Confirm Delete
After creating a CRM Pipeline, the pipeline can now be applied to a Portfolio.
Scroll to the right in the table view of parcels within a portfolio until you see the CRM label and the Stage sub-label
2. Click on the drop down menu to apply one of your stages to a parcel.
In the map view, the parcel will change to the respective Stage color that you selected for the pipeline stage on the map.
