CRM Pipelines
Manage outreach, site control status, and more with the CRM Pipelines tool
Create Stages within a Pipeline to easily track and identify a parcel's status
Navigate to the CRM Pipelines tool located to the right of the parcel data table
2. Click on the + icon to create a new CRM Pipeline
3. Name the Pipeline by clicking in to the Pipeline Name: field
4. Name a Stage by clicking in to the Stage Name: field
Easily identify parcels within a stage on the map by designating a parcel fill color
5. Click on the color block square to open the color scale to choose a new color or further customize by inserting a Hex color code
Add or Remove Stages
Add a stage by clicking the + icon to the right of Add Stage
Remove a stage by clicking the trash can icon to the right of a Stage color, then click Confirm Delete
Apply a Pipeline to a portfolio
After creating a CRM Pipeline, the pipeline can now be applied to a Portfolio.
2. Once a Pipeline is applied, the Stage column will populate with a dropdown option
3. Click on the dropdown in the Stage column to apply a stage to a parcel
The parcel will change to the respective Stage color on the map
