Upload your template containing merge fields, and we'll take care of the rest!
Open the My Portfolios Table in PowerCRM
Select a Portfolio from the table
Navigate to the PowerMarketing tab
Select Custom Mailer Campaign
Group Parcels By Owner : This setting ensures that a Land Owner with ownership of multiple parcels in the portfolio only receives one mailer about all of their parcels
Exclude Business: This setting excludes defined Business entity parcels from the mailing list
# of Parcels : Number of parcels in the portfolio
# of Mailers : Number of mailers being sent
This number will change based on additional settings selected
Use the default template or create your own.
Note: If the 'Create Campaign' button is greyed out, it is because your mailer is still being generated
Select Upload File
Browse to file location..
In the file upload window, browse to the location on your computer where the file is stored
Select the file you want to upload then click the Open button
Once your file is uploaded, you'll see the file name populated to the right of the Upload File button
Select 'Create Campaign' to begin the process of creating, printing, and shipping a mailer.
You will receive an email with a link to the Mailer Preview (.zip file) and the option to confirm or cancel the mailer
Reply YES to confirm, or reply CANCEL to cancel the order
If the 'Create Campaign' button is greyed out, it is because the mailer is still being generated
