Property & Asset Reports can be exported in PDF format. You can export reports for an entire portfolio, or just for selected parcels within a portfolio. You must first create a portfolio in the Parcel Search or Parcel Data tool to export a report.
Maximum of 200 parcels/ exportable report
You can view and export reports for selected parcels only within a portfolio. To select parcels to include in the Reports tab or in the PDF report export:
Check the boxes next to the parcels you want to include in the Property, Asset, or Environmental Report
Click on the Company Logos drop down to upload a logo (optional)
Click on the Biography button to upload a personal photo (optional) and enter your personal information and a biography in the provided fields. You must check on the Use in Report checkbox in order to include these on the report.
If no logo is uploaded, a LandGate® logo will be in place
This information will be saved for all future exports, but you can update it at any time.
If no Biography is created, this page will be removed from the report
The View Report option will open up the report in another tab, while the Generate Report option will download the PDF file to your device.
To edit estimated land & lease values to display in the exportable report for single parcels, you must first add those columns to the Parcel Data tab
Click Columns and find or search for the Estimates section
Check the estimates you want to display in the column view or edit
3. Scroll to the side in the table view until you find the Estimates column
4. Double click on the values you want to edit to type in and add custom valuations
5. Click on the Save icon to save your changes
6. If you want to export the report, click Export Parcel Data next
To edit estimated land & lease values in bulk to display in the exportable report, you must first add those columns to the Parcel Data tab
Click Columns and find or search for the Estimates section
Check the estimates you want to display in the column view or edit
3. Check the boxes next to the parcel/s you want to edit the values for
4. Click on the Pie Icon
5. Type in custom estimated land values for the land categories you want to edit
Edit Custom $ value for each land category as a whole
Edit Custom $/ac to add a custom dollar per acre value to each land category
Click on the check boxes on the left of the parcel/s within the portfolio that you want to edit
Click on the white Pencil Icon to make bulk edits
3. Enter Custom Values, Min Values, and/or Max Values for each category that you want to edit
4. Click Save All
You can also export parcel data and owner contact information to a .CSV file along with a Shapefile or .KML file from a portfolio.
