Portfolio Folders
LandGate has introduced a new feature that allows users to save portfolios within specified folders, streamlining the organization, management, and accessibility of land assets. This enhancement improves workflow efficiency, enabling users to easily categorize and access portfolios based on projects or needs.

Search by Proximity to Data Centers & Fiber Optic
Find parcels based on their proximity to data centers and fiber optic line locations!
This month we revamped Solar PowerVal with a more user-friendly UI/UX, and the ability to draw 'Point of Interconnection', 'GenTie', and 'Collection Station'.
As part of the Solar PowerVal upgrades, we have added the 'Solar 8760 Report' for long-term generation analysis. This report is now available alongside the 'Solar Economic Report' to analyze solar projects at all stages of development.
Organizations can now create custom Company Columns to organize and filter portfolios.
Multi-select Portfolio Visibility:
Now when a user has multiple portfolios selected, they can turn on/off visibility for all selected portfolios!
