After applying filters for a Lead/Listing search, save search criteria by clicking into the Saved Searches field
Name your search, then click Add new search name " "
Once added, click Save Search to save

Turn on Notifications for each of your Saved Searches to receive alerts via e-mail about the newest listings within your criteria
Select a Saved Search
Turn on Notifications by checking the box under Notifications?
Click Save Search
