Edit Estimated Values

Edit estimated values for parcels in your portfolio to be reflected in exports and reports

Select the portfolio from the My Portfolios table

Navigate to the Parcels Data tab
Select the "Estimates" button

Edit all parcels in the portfolio by selecting the box in the upper right-hand corner of the table

OR

Select individual parcels by checking the box for each parcel

Edit All Resource Values

Edit estimated values for land, solar, wind, carbon, mineral, water, and EV all at once.

These edits will be reflected in all reports and exports.

Click on the user with a pencil icon

Edit estimated values in multiple ways:

% Multiplier: Increase the estimated values for all selected parcels by applying a 0-100% multiplier.

*Use a decimal format (e.g., for 50%, input 0.5)

Custom Value: Set a specific $ value to all selected parcels .
Min Values: Ensure all selected parcels have a minimum $/ac or $ac/yr by setting a minimum $/ac or $ac/yr value.
Max Values: Ensure all selected parcels do not exceed a maximum $/ac or $ac/yr by setting a maximum $/ac or $/ac/yr value.

Click "Save All" after making your adjustments to ensure that the changes are applied successfully.

Edit Land Values

Select the Pie Icon to change the Land Values

Edit the tables for the Pastureland, Developed Land, Woodland, and Cropland by filling out the Custom amount column (the total amount) or the Custom $/ac column (the amount by acre)

Click Save All

Run your report to see the new values
