A much-requested feature has been added to our map. You can now zoom the map given a latitude and longitude (decimal format) 

This setting will help to return a collection of parcels that have the same owner, same state & county, and are very close together

You can now search for specific parcels without the need to create a portfolio. This streamlined search functionality allows you to retrieve parcel information as soon as you hit the map.

Now you can view ownership details directly within the PowerCRM table, eliminating the need for additional navigation. This inline ownership information provides quick insights into property ownership, enhancing your decision-making process.

When selecting "Estimates" in Parcels Data, all associated, estimated resource $/ac values will be automatically populated and displayed in the table for inline editing ensuring you have all necessary valuation information at your fingertips.

We have introduced a better bulk editing feature for estimated $/ac resource values, allowing you to update multiple resources simultaneously. 

We have improved the speed of the Phone/Email Appends feature, allowing for faster retrieval and appending of contact information.

The Property Report is no longer limited to 15 parcels. You can now generate reports containing a higher number of parcels. However, please note that fetching a large amount of data may still take some time due to retrieval processes.

Exporting portfolios is now significantly faster, with export times averaging less than one minute. 

The export of a portfolio can now include Purchased Ownership (geometry) and Non-Purchased Parcel Information. This enriched export capability provides comprehensive property data for further analysis and integration with external systems.

Parcel Data exports now include additional ownership information, providing a complete snapshot of property ownership details. This enhancement includes "Claimed Ownership" information directly from our marketplace.

Datasets relevant to EV Charging have now been added to LandGate. These include EV corridors, major roads, exit ramps, Disadvantaged Communities (DACs), and Tribal Reservations. These datasets can be used to search for parcels for potential EV charging sites.

An icon in the bottom right corner of opens google maps at the lat/long position the user is currently looking at. Additionally, the detail page for Distribution Lines has the same icon.

A new predefined search in the Parcels Search tool allows users to find parcels in proximity to currently leased solar farms.

When viewing listing details, there is now a button that will open the listing in PowerTools.

In accordance with new guidance from the DOE, we have updated the IRA layers for 'Coal Closure' and 'Statistical Areas' Energy Communities.

Shapefile searches are now substantially faster and the Contains option now includes a buffer to address any shapefile overlap with parcel boundaries.

Asset Reports have been added to the 'Property Report' tab in PowerCRM. These reports provide users with a high-level understanding of a portfolio's parcels by displaying which parcels are most and least valuable for different energy development.

This feature allows users to copy parcels from an existing portfolio to a new portfolio.

This month we revamped Solar PowerVal with a more user-friendly UI/UX, and the ability to draw 'Point of Interconnection', 'GenTie', and 'Collection Station'.

As part of the Solar PowerVal upgrades, we have added the 'Solar 8760 Report' for long-term generation analysis. This report is now available alongside the 'Solar Economic Report' to analyze solar projects at all stages of development.

Users can now see legend icons within layer groups on PowerData.

Layer groups for 'IRA' and 'Electrical Infrastructure' have been split into their own sections.

LandGate has added an incredible amount of new data for EV Charging site selection and development. Users can search off of EV corridors, major roads, and incentivized communities to find their idea parcel.
